cryowizardI feel for sysadmins, I must say.
Poor guys are always working weekends cz we dont let them touch our hardware during production week. They must constantly ask "Is it ok to do this to that server during such and such weekend?". A then managers grill them on details, impact and backout plans. In other words, SAs have to explain themselves to do their job.
On a weekend no less.
