Tokyo back to Hong Kong

Took me until very late last night to pack up my monster suitcase again, for the third time. Ended up sleeping like 4 hours. Now, here's a case of "too much of a good thing": last night I stepped out to get myself a JR ticket to Haneda ahead of my 7am departure from the hotel. After wandering around Tokyo Station for a bit, I found the proper ticket machine, and used what was left on my PASMO card to get the 620 yen ticket for Haneda monorail. The ticket is all in Japanese, but what do I care, right. This morning I am trying to get through the gates, and the fucking thing doesn't work. I'm standing there with three pieces of luggage trying to make my timely way to the airport, and the ticket is no good. Turns out it is only valid for the day of purchase (why??). I had to pay station attendant my last few remaining yen coins to get in.
Strange thing I saw several times already is that in Asia, when they board a plane they dont do it from the back to the front, like JetBlue does. You'd think it makes sense to fill up the plane from the tail forward so that people dont have to elbow each other trying to get through to their seats. But not here.
On the plane saw "The King's Speech". Great movie.
Got back to the same Wan Chai hotel as last week. This time got a shittier room with no view. Not that I care much but still. And off to the office.
Will try to go to Kowloon side tonight to take panoramic pix of the Hong Kong island. Let's hope it doesn't rain.
