It has been confirmed: David Letterman is an idiot

Just watched Bill O'Reilly's appearance on Letterman's show.

Basically, corny jokes aside, I watched Dave Letterman make a complete ass of himself for ten minutes. You may agree or disagree with Bill O, but he's got an argument and he was making a point or two. Letterman had nothing. All he could do was sit and try to mock O'Reilly and take the cheapest shots I've seen on live TV. The audience was only too happy to applaude, although, to at least slightly repair their credibility, they did applaude also when Bill said that "nobody who blows up innocent women and children is going to be called 'freedom fighter' on my program".

Letterman then proceeded to sum himself up as a liberal idiot entertainer with the following tirade:

I'm not smart enough to debate you point to point on this but I think sixty percent of what you're saying is crap.

This phrase should be written into the annals of liberal idiocy.

'Nough said.

Yes, reason and personal convictions have nothing to do with us being conservative, it's only a matter of having/not having enough sex. Or is Exupery a sufficient substitute? :)

reason and personal convictions have nothing to do with it. i was referring to Dimka's reaction, not his values.
there is nothing wrong with agreeing/disagreeing w/certain so-called "celebrities" or politicians, it just seems to me that he is taking it far too seriously, that's all.
and no, sex and Exupery have nothing to do w/your personal convictions, but yes, they have something to do w/way you react to different things :)
