If you folks hate using the Start Menu and want your apps/dirs/files at your fingertips, Launchy is the tool for you. By default, it indexes your start menu, so all u need to do is hit Alt-Space and start typing the app name. Launchy will do the rest. You can also add directories and file masks to the Launchy configuration so that it can take you where you need to go in your dir structure right away or run a particular file. Nice tool.
