For having fixed our PT market data infrastructure so that it doesn't explode when hit with insane spike volumes of our recessed market, I have been awarded some spirit points (our internal reward "money"; honestly -- I'd rather get real cash).

After having combined the last three awards, I had enough "spirit" to get me a free TomTom GPS for my car.
