Yep, they are fucking with us. You have to go there to get the form and I guess you have to get it notarized somehow. I very very much doubt there is notary public in that shithole, so I also guess you have to lose your place in line and go out to get it notarized (drugstore?).
We'll see. Like I said, I'm documenting everything when the time comes :)
From what I can tell, it one permit for "long guns", including shotgun and/or rifle. You then have to register each weapon separately when you buy them.
