Head of rates algo execution is in town from London, and since I have had my dirty little fingers in their dirty little pies (they are using my app, that is), and because I spent a productive hour on their floor  when I was in London a month ago, I find myself drinking on Monday night when I was supposed to be working out.

 

What's good for ones career is detrimental to ones waistline....
