Neikung with a hint of barbecue

Моя тренировка, каковую настоятельно рекомендую всем сидячим мидтаунским программистам и программисткам, находится прямо рядом с кабаком Virgil's BBQ рядом с Times Square. Всё бы ничего, но получается, что во время часовой соковыжималки со двора иногда залетает запах дыма и еды из их кухни. Сбивает, мля, всю концентрацию...

Knopfler

Just got my free CD with the new album by one of my all-time favorite musicians - Mark Knopfler. Album is called Kill To Get Crimson. I like it. Overall, it has a slower tempo, some pieces are more ballad-inspired, some have an Irish tinge to them, one has a touch of Richard Thompson's "Waltzing's for Dreamers". I think he was experimenting and he sounds a little less like his usual self on this one. And although I can't say it has really outstanding material like Je suis desole or Done with Bonaparte or Song For Sonny Liston from his previous albums, it is still overall quite pleasant to the ears.
