BA sends in a nonsensical document filled with grammatic formulas like "the system shall do abc...the development shall do xyz".

Stack: -- The BA shall write inaccurate statements.  The developers shall reject those statements with an error message that says "That is inaccurate, please rebaseline the document to continue".
