Strange sightings

cryowizard1. Yesterday on a subway home. A middle-aged man in a business suit and a nice hat sits next to me. In his hand -- a white plastic cup with cognac in it. Oblivious to his surroundings (and a possible NYPD fine), he sips and enjoys.
2. Today, driving from ping pong practice. A large possum slowly crossed the road in front of me. He was not in a rush and I had to slow down. First time I see a live possum (as opposed to a flat bloody one).
