Getting better
The cardio part of my workout today was:
4 km non-stop jog (20 mins)
4 miles hill cycle, level 6 (12 mins)
Heart rate between 122 and 152.
And I wasn't too tired, either. Gettin' better, getting better...
Broke in the new running gear as well.
