Eugene dropped off my new Eizo ColorEdge 240W 24" LCD monitor yesterday.
You gotta love the Japanese. I mean, when something is made in Japan -- you can tell. Packaging, lines, brand etching, color quality, everything is just so. And as a finishing touch -- they color calibrate every Eizo monitor on the assembly line and include an actual assembly line calibration certificate that shows the dotted line of tested gamma falls right onto the solid line of expected gamma. The certificate shows what device was used for calibration, what kind of signal was used etc.
I'm impressed.
