Sign of the times

Today the Bank distributed emergency kits to all employees. The usual set -- glow sticks, first aid stuff, water pouches, radio, batteries, flashlight, dust mask and a power bar.

Indeed the happy times are over -- it's now all about being prepared.

I guess when our Koran-reading fundamenalist friends nuke New York, I'll shove the glow sticks up my ass to internally match the ambient color schema of an irradiated burning city.

My sentiment exactly -- I actually complained quite loudly about lack of sexual protection during the distribution. Damn, I forgot to put that in the post...
