What a fucking zoo.

Does anyone else have a problem with school medical treatments of kids being kept secret from parents?

Yep. I wasn't saying the school does something illegal. But that law is dead wrong.

In other words, a kid can be pregnant, have an STD, be on drugs and be crazy and they will treat this without letting parents know...how sweet.

At that age, birth control pills are downright dangerous to a girl's health. Not to mention that if the girl DOES experience some sort of health problem as a result of the pill, she'll be too young to understand what's going on, and she can't go to a gynecologist without consulting her parents, which means she won't go to one!
