One desk person (M) calls over a lady (W) next to him to show her the screen with a trading app:

M: -- Hey look at this!
W: -- Nice!
M: -- It's all flashing...
W, enthusiastically:  -- I like flashing...(takes a second, blushes)...not that kind of flashing...
