To bear arms
The Supreme Court agreed to hear the DC gun ban case, now officially known as District of Columbia v. Heller, 07-290.
The case is probably to be heard in the spring.
Let's hope for the reasonable outcome -- that individual right to keep and bear arms will finally be legally upheld.
